ROUTE: Henley Beach → Grange Beach → back to HenleyClaire’s story is at the heart of why we’re doing this.
When Claire was in Reception, she was bullied because she couldn’t cartwheel. After her mum reached out, Claire came to DCM and learned her cartwheel within just a few weeks. Four years later, she is doing flying cartwheels and practicing aerials and was recently named DCM Student of the Year 2026.
Claire’s journey is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a child is supported, encouraged and given the chance to believe in themselves.
Inspired by Claire’s story, we’re bringing our DCM community together to stand against bullying, spread kindness and raise funds for Project Rockit and their work supporting young people affected by bullying.
Every donation, big or small, helps us make a difference. 💙
PROJECT ROCKIT exists to change that, igniting bravery in young people so they have the skills, the confidence and the courage to stand up, speak out, and build a kinder world.I'm doing my part by raising funds to bring a PROJECT ROCKIT workshop to more schools because every young person deserves a safer, kinder community to grow up in.
